Your browser (usually
Internet Explorer) may be set to a high security level.
The plug-in, which controls Acrobat Reader is not activated
and downloading is therefore not permitted. Only a
white screen is shown.
The safety level in the browser
must therefore be altered.
Settings instructions for
Internet Explorer:
Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Custom
Level. Click the Enable button for "ActiveX controls
and plug-ins" settings and then click OK. |
